Biography
Drake MannMr. Mann is a shareholder and director of Gill Elrod Ragon Owen & Sherman, P.A. Mr. Mann was educated at East Carolina University and University of Arkansas School of Law. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation, securities fraud, federal criminal defense, civil rights protection, and personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Gill Elrod Ragon Owen & Sherman, P.A., Mr. Mann was a staff attorney for the Arkansas Securities Department and a law clerk to Associate Justice M. Steele Hays of the Supreme Court of Arkansas. Mr. Mann is an arbitrator for the Financial Industry National Regulatory Authority (formerly National Association of Securities Dealers). He is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, former Chairman of the Securities Law Section and former Chairman of the Administrative Law Section of the Arkansas Bar Association, a Fellow of the Arkansas Bar Foundation, a Master of the Bench in the Judge Henry Woods American Inns of Court, and a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Arkansas Lawyer magazine.
