Roger H. Fitzgibbon, Jr
Mr. Fitzgibbon is a shareholder and director of Gill Elrod Ragon Owen & Sherman, P.A. Mr. Fitzgibbon was educated at University of Arkansas at Little Rock and University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. Mr. Fitzgibbon joined the Arkansas Bar in 1998. Mr. Fitzgibbon's trial practice includes complex commercial litigation, eminent domain, general and complex construction litigation and contract documentation, railroad defense, aviation law, personal injury and arbitration. Mr. Fitzgibbon's practice is also comprised of providing general corporate representation especially with regard to regulatory and loss prevention matters. Mr. Fitzgibbon is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsels. He has an extensive practice representing resorts and resort marketing companies nationally with regard to real estate and marketing registration and other compliance issues on both state and federal levels. His trial practice includes commercial litigation, eminent domain, general and complex construction litigation, personal injury, aviation law, land use and arbitration. He is also a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsels. He is married to Mindy Fitzgibbon, and they have two children, Jackson and Olivia. They attend Second Baptist Church in downtown Little Rock.
