In connection with our representation of commercial banks and finance companies, we provide loan documentation, negotiation and closing services related to these institutions' larger commercial lending activities. Our lender counsel services include all aspects of commercial real estate lending, with particular focus on apartment complex, shopping center, and commercial office building construction and permanent financing. In addition, we serve as counsel in various acquisition, development, and construction lending facilities, accounts receivable and inventory revolving credit facilities, and other fixed-asset and income-producing term and line-of-credit facilities.
