Biography:
Vic Fleming served as Little Rock District Judge (2nd Division), familiarly known as traffic judge), for 28 years, from 1997 through 2024. Before that he was a shareholder with Gill Ragon Owen, P.A. from 1991 through 1996. His practice is focused on general commercial litigation with expertise in commercial foreclosures and contractual disputes both in state circuit courts and federal district courts—but he is happy to represent clients in district courts as well. A widely published author, Judge Fleming was inducted into the Arkansas Writers Hall of Fame in 2007.
