Biography:
Since 2005, Kelly McNulty has represented businesses, individuals, creditors and insurance companies in a wide variety of legal disputes. Mr. McNulty concentrates in litigation, and is experienced in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts. Mr. McNulty has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of corporate/business disputes, as well as in litigation involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, real estate litigation, and the representation of creditors in foreclosures, collections and bankruptcy. Mr. McNulty also represents two of the largest title insurance companies in the United States.
In 2020, Mr. McNulty obtained a $10,000,000 judgment for his client against a New York based company for fraud and breach of contract. Later that same year, the U.S. Federal District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas, awarded his client a $1,665,042.00 judgment against a buyer that failed to pay for goods purchased. On September 9, 2020, the Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed a judgment in favor of Mr. McNulty’s client which resulted in his client and his property being released from a mortgage and promissory note.
Originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Mr. McNulty graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee in 2001, and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, with honors. He has been named by Super Lawyers magazine as a “Mid-South Rising Star” and “Super Lawyer,” was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers® in America in 2024, and has been chosen as one of “The Best Lawyers in Arkansas” by various publication for the past several years.
Mr. McNulty has served on the Board of Directors for the Pulaski County Bar Association, the Uniform Laws Committee of the Arkansas Bar Association, and as an Advisory Board Member for Heritage College.
Mr. McNulty has been admitted to practice for the state and federal courts of Arkansas since 2005.
