Rachel Hiller is an associate at Gill Ragon Owen, P.A. Rachel graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Thereafter, she graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Master of Arts in Teaching and taught high school English for 3 years before moving to Little Rock to attend the William H.
