Biography:
Mr. Reid provides counsel to individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations, advising on complex business transactions and related tax issues, including federal and state tax planning, governance, compliance, and dispute resolution. In addition, his practice includes a broad range of trust and estate issues, including estate planning, asset protection, charitable planning, marital planning, and probate and trust administration. More recently, Adam advises clients on new, evolving tax credits and incentives, including Employee Retention Credits and the Qualified Opportunity Zone tax incentive.
Mr. Reid has been recognized as a “Mid-South Rising Star” in tax law by Super Lawyers since 2014, has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers® in America since 2017, has received Martindale Hubbell’s highest rating designation of “AV: Preeminent for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability,” and received the “Golden Gavel Award” as tax law track planner from the Arkansas Bar Association, where he served as Chair of its Section of Taxation.
