Biography:
Mr. Finch is a shareholder and director with Gill Ragon Owen, P.A. and has served as its President since 2014. He was educated at Westminster College and the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law. Mr. Finch joined the Arkansas Bar in 2001. His practice focuses on general commercial litigation with expertise in commercial foreclosures, title claim defense litigation, construction litigation, creditor’s rights litigation (including FDCPA and TCPA defense) and corporate contractual disputes and litigation. Mr. Finch has been recognized as a “Mid-South Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, as one of Arkansas’ “Most Influential Lawyers”, “Best Lawyers”, “Men on a Mission”, as a “40 Under 40” and “40 In Their 40’s” honoree by numerous statewide publications. Mr. Finch and his wife, Casey, were recognized as one of the “Dynamic Duos” in Arkansas by Arkansas Money & Politics and, most recently, Mr. Finch was selected as one of Arkansas‘ 250 Most Influential Leaders, by Arkansas Business Publishing Group. Mr.  Finch served on the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law Alumni Board from 2017 to 2023 and served as President for the 2021-2022 year and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Arkansas Centers for Youth and Families Foundation.
