Biography:

Brianna is shareholder and director with Gill Ragon Owen, P.A. She earned a degree in English from Arkansas State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. She joined the Arkansas Bar in 2016. Brianna’s practice involves transactional practice for small business and corporate clients.  She represents companies in the areas of employment law, corporate and real estate transactions, and intellectual property law. She also counsels clients on health law and regulatory compliance matters, including HIPAA, Stark, and Anti-Kickback compliance.  Her employment practice includes working with employers on compliance and policy issues including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the National Labor Relations Act.  She also routinely represents employers in unemployment and EEOC actions. 

Brianna serves as a Vice President for Walk for Wheezy, a non-profit that raises money for the cardiovascular intensive care unit at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.  She also serves as a member of the Bowen Young Alumni Board.  Little Rock Soirée selected Brianna to its 2021 “Women to Watch” class of women making a big impact in business, philanthropy, and in our community .
