Biography:
Hollis T. Tate is an associate at Gill Ragon Owen, P.A. Hollis graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Arkansas in 2021 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. She then graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2024. During law school, she served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the University of Arkansas Law Review and received publication in Arkansas Law Notes. She joined the Arkansas Bar in 2024. Her practice areas include general corporate and commercial law, business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate finance and development.
