Biography:
Mr. Piazza is an associate with Gill Ragon Owen, P.A. He is a Little Rock native and alumnus of Little Rock Catholic High School, where he remains active in alumni organizations. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2016 with a B.A. in Political Science and returned to Little Rock to attend law school. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and joined the Arkansas bar in 2019. Mr. Piazza’s practice focuses on structuring and documenting corporate and public finance transactions, structuring asset acquisitions, and real estate acquisition and development. Mr. Piazza represents public utilities before the Arkansas Public Service Commission.
